For this painting, I created a composition, showcasing different vegetables with diverse colors and shapes. Since I need to change them every week, I had to paint each one separately. It was a challenge to always find similar pieces to replace the previous ones.
The wooden plate used in the painting is from my own kitchen, where I use it to serve bread or fruit to my guests. The knife is part of a set that was gifted to me by my Grandma, who knew my passion for wood, special metals, and artisanal craftsmanship.

Art speaks where words are unable to explain... the profound heartbreak of accepting the void my grand-mother left after she passed away.
So, immediately after she left us, I decided to confronte myself to a beautiful picture of her and paint her. It was not easy, sometimes I was very happy to "meet" her again, and sometimes it was just adding sadness to my sorrow.
Her loss has undeniably spurred my art and painting. Throughout my life, her education has shaped my love for art and taught me to appreciate beauty. She is forever in our heart ...

This violin is the first musical instrument in the "musical instruments" serie I decided to paint. My husband is a violinist, so naturally, I couldn't start with any other instrument. Starting with the violin holds a special significance, as it represents our shared love for art and music together.
Violin is also a georgeous instrument, full of grace, presence, and lightness at the same time. The wood required a lot of work to achieve a textured effect in both shadow and light. The strings also demanded special treatment to make them stand out and create a 3D impression.
The next musical instrument to paint will be a piano, followed by a saxophone. After that, I would like to paint a harp, an electric guitar, and a darbuka (goblet drum). Painting these instruments allows me to express my creativity and bring my love for music and art together in a unique way.

The idea was to create a triple abstract composition with a maximum of 4 dominant colors, featuring gold and silver leaves, and utilizing different painting techniques to create texture and blending effects. The artworks revolve around the theme of the four elements: Water represented by a flowing cascade (3/3), Earth by rocks beneath the cascade (3/3) or flowers in a field (1/3), Fire by the mythical Phoenix rising from its ashes (2/3), and Air as the common denominator that gently blows flower petals (1/3), lifts the bird (2/3), and caresses the cascade (3/3), creating a serene and harmonious atmosphere around the paintings.

Through this painting, I hope to evoke a sense of wonder, tranquility, and awe, inviting viewers to contemplate the power and grace of nature, and the eternal cycle of renewal. The inclusion of the phoenix symbolizes the theme of rebirth and transformation, adding an element of hope and resilience to the artwork. May these creations inspire a deeper appreciation for the elements that surround us, the beauty they bring to our world, and the infinite possibilities of renewal and growth.

These artworks aim to capture the essence of the element water, with a limited color palette and the added richness of gold leaf. The different painting techniques employed create a sense of depth, relief, and seamless transitions. The abstract nature of these artworks allows for a subjective experience, inviting viewers to interpret and engage with them in their own unique way, fostering a personal connection and igniting the imagination.

This painting is a special order from my friend. The goal was to create harmony between shades of gray, deep blue, and light blue, as the colors of her living room wall. The addition of gold was intended to bring a sense of grandeur and majesty. To achieve a perfect gold effect, I mixed metallic gold powder with linseed oil. It create texture and soft relief in this painting.
Although it is an abstract painting, it was challenging to convey a sense of smoothness and fluidity while maintaining a tranquil harmony, as per her specific request. I thoroughly enjoyed painting for her and strived to fulfill her vision, ensuring her satisfaction and bringing her vision to life.Oil painting on canvas, 110x90
In memory and honor of both those who were tragically assassinated and the hostages taken. I hope this painting, through its darkness but also its bright colors and gold, will make you feel the sorrow, the deep loss, but also the power of resilience of all the Israeli people. From the dark, Beeri will rebuild, stronger and still alive, as a duty and in memory of all those who suffered and continue to suffer... May we see all the hostages and all our soldiers come back safe and quickly to home. עם ישראל חי
